Important Information

Guests booking and/or arriving outside of the reception's opening hours need to contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. It is the only way to arrange the handing over the keys. Guests should arrive within the check-in time should they book for the same day as arrival. Guests arriving on Tuesday and Wednesday ( Closing days) must contact the hotel 1 day in advance to arrange an exact time for handing over the keys/deposit. Please note that the restaurant, the hotel's own sauna/wellness area and the hotel bar are closed on rest days. (Exception: on trade fair days in Hanover.) Please ask us in advance if you would like to make a reservation. If you would like breakfast (not included in the overnight price), please send us a message in advance (on the rest day by 12 noon) so that we can take it into account during opening hours. Please contact Sonnenhof in advance if you wish to use the sauna, the thermal baths (SPA Bad Pyrmont) or book a massage. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability only and additional charges may apply. Group bookings: Please note that a deposit of 25% of the total reservation fee is required after the reservation is made. The property will provide instructions for bank transfer after the reservation is processed.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
