It is the only way to arrange the handing over the keys. Guests should arrive within the check-in time should they book for the same day as arrival. Guests arriving on Tuesday and Wednesday ( Closing days) must contact the hotel 1 day in advance to arrange an exact time for handing over the keys/deposit. Please note that the restaurant, the hotel's own sauna/wellness area and the hotel bar are closed on rest days. (Exception: on trade fair days in Hanover.)
