Important Information

Please note that children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the swimming pool, hot tub, steam room or sauna. Children aged 8 and above must be supervised at all times. Children access trimmings are between 09:00am to 12:00pm and this must be reserved in advance. The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years. As of 8th April 2024 Club rooms and Suites include access for 2 hours daily to the pool and Spa area from 7am – 10pm. Unlimited access to the Gym between 7am and 10pm. Drinks served from 5 – 7.30pm, in the Club Lounge (this menu will change periodically). Deluxe bedroom, will not be offered the pool facilities. For non-refundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit in case of any incidentals, GBP 50 per night up to GBP 250 total is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card and will be released back to you. Montcalm Collection is upgrading our spas across the Montcalm hotels starting with Royal London House. Spa treatments will NOT be available between 1 July 2024 and 2 Sept 2024. The Pool, Sauna and Gym from are under renovation between 5th August through to 2nd SeptemberGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
