Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the swimming pool, hot tub, steam room or sauna. Children aged 8 and above must be supervised at all times. Children access trimmings are between 09:00am to 12:00pm and this must be reserved in advance. The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years. Please note an advance booking is required for swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna and you may contact the Spa Reception on [email protected]. For non-refundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.
