Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time. Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Amsterdam can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site. Please note that reservations of 5 or more rooms are only possible upon request. Different policies and supplements may apply for these reservations. This property is cashless, valid credit card details are asked to hold on file during your stay. A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorisation is possible. Please note that breakfast will be served from 07:00 to 10:00 during weekdays, and will be served from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends. After that there is brunch on weekends from 11:00 to 14:00. The city tax will be charged upon arrival. Cleaning service is offered every third day. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra fee when desired.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
