Please inform York Place Apartments by Destination Edinburgh in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parties/events are not allowed. The property cannot accept bookings from local residents. Minimum Age of Lead Booker (and person staying) must be 25. The apartments are fitted with noise aware sensors and have 24-hour security. All our bookings include VAT as we are part of the Travel Operators Margin Scheme and we are unable to provide a VAT breakdown. Your apartment will be allocated at 20 and or 20/a York Place and for all deluxe apartment bookings your apartment is located at 24 York Place. These are all separate apartment blocks/entrances Please note that there are no lifts and there are a number of stairs to the Deluxe 5 bedroom apartment and the Three bedroom apartment for 6 guests. These apartments are not suited for young families or those with mobility difficulties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
