The Gravel Pit Brasserie and Bar is closed from Tue 31 Dec 2024 until Wed 01 Jan 2025 Please note that although the 1Life leisure facilities are free of charge, the spa facilities including the outdoor Hydrotherapy pool incur an additional charge for a 3 hour session and booking prior to arrival is required. Check-In Information: On arrival, please proceed to The Waterfront Hotel, Spa & Golf, the receptionist will then advise you of the location of your accommodation. We're thrilled to announce an important step in our sustainability journey at The Waterfront Hotel. From Monday 22nd April for approximately 7 weeks, we'll be installing solar panels as part of our Green Energy Plan, helping us to reduce our environmental footprint. During the installation, you may notice scaffolding and exterior work from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. We aim to keep disruptions to a minimum and ensure your stay remains enjoyable. We appreciate your understanding and support as we advance towards a greener, more sustainable future together. Children may use the leisure centre indoor pool only during family swim times. Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 09:00 weekdays, and 08:00 - 10:00 weekends and bank holidays. Please note the property does not allow group bookings of more than 9 rooms. The Waterfront Hotel does not accept third party payments or advance payments within 3 days of arrival. Please note the Gravel Pit Brasserie and Bar is closed from 1pm on the 31st December as we prepare for our New Years Eve Gala which is exclusive to guests booked on to this package.
