The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, guests who fail to return their room keys upon departure will be charged GBP 20 per set. There are currently tram extension roadworks happening outside the hotel, and it can get noisy. These should be completed by September 2018. Early check-in is available for a surcharge of GBP 25 and subject to availability.
