The spa is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:30 and on Saturdays from 7:00 - 13:30. Please note that only guests staying at the property for more than three nights will receive a complimentary slippers and bathrobe. Please note that during International Film Festival Karlovy Vary the parking price is 20 EUR. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50€ per pet, per night applies.
