Important Information

The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests. The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted. There is no reception/lobby area at the property therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. In case of last-minute notification, it may take more than an hour for the manager to arrive at the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
