This information will include the apartment number and how to retrieve the keys from the appropriate lock box. These are located outside the main entrance to the apartment building. Keys must be returned by 10:30 on the day of departure. Any keys lost will result in a GBP 50 fee. Please note, pets can only be accommodated by prior request and approval with the property, as there are limited pet-friendly rooms available.
