Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Check-in on Saturdays can only be made late: During winter time not before 19:00 pm, and during summer time, not before 22:00 pm. There is NO LATE CHECK-IN FRIDAY NIGHT after 6:00 PM.
