Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday ends. Please note that only adults can access the spa. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply. • Cancellation of rooms up to 30 days before arrival. • A 30% non-refundable advance will be charge a month before arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
