Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform VR Auckland City in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a 3.15% surcharge for all bookings online. On checking-in, the guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the card used for online booking for verification. Non-refundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodation cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked. Please also note that only booked number of guests are allowed to stay with us. The room is offered for overnight accommodation and is not a party venue. Quite hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am applies. Please note that daily service is suspended and would be provided only upon request.
