If the booking is long-term, or far in advance, the property may be able to offer a payment plan. The guest will be sent an email with their invoice and payment link and the guest will be prompted to enter their credit/debit card information. All payments must pass the 3D Secure authentication screen to confirm the guest's identity with their credit or debit card provider. The guest must complete this process within 24 hours of receiving the email to ensure confirmation of their booking. For same day bookings, the balance must be paid for before 16:30 on the date of check-in. Last minute bookings that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be paid for on the last working day before the check-in date. Non or late payment may result in the booking being cancelled and no keys will be left out for collection. Once the property has received payment for the booking, the guest will be sent their check-in paperwork which details key collection instructions and other important information. If guests require a car parking space, they must request this at the time of making the reservation.
