This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform VISIONAPARTMENTS Freyastrasse - contactless check-in in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. The check-in takes place directly at the apartment. Guests must provide an email with their identity card or passport before the arrival in order to receive the access code. The access code will be sent on the day of arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply can result in costs of several hundred CHF. Please note that the pictures are only representative and show examples of room categories. Kindly be informed that any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes is strictly prohibited. In case of a proven violation of this rule, VISIONAPARTMENTS will take the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, as well as to demand the immediate departure of the guests.
