Please note that for non-refundable rates, guests will be charged any time after booking and for refundable rates, guests will be charged upon check-in. Please note that breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and 6:30 to 10:30 on weekends and holidays. The rooftop pool is cold/heated and closed for maintenance on Tuesdays. The Club Premium pool, covered and heated, is closed on Mondays for maintenance and the entire Club space is closed for 1h every day (9am and 3pm) for cleaning. Kindly note that for group reservations of more than 10 rooms, different policies apply. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
