Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with instructions and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment. Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa. The early check-in fee is USD 500 from 10:00 hrs onwards. The late check-out fee is USD 500 until 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, the full daily rate is applicable. Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests. The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses. Unregistered guests will be charged USD 300 per person per night.
