- ROOM & BED ARRANGEMENT (Total 4 bedrooms) Book up to 8 guests ; 4 King beds in 4 bedrooms Book for 9-10 guests ; Extra single bed each guest in bedroom 4, for 9th and 10th guest Book for 11-12 guests ; Extra sofa bed each guest in bedroom 2, 3, for 11th and 12th guest **** For same number of guest but require extra bed more than we set above, extra charge Baht 1,000 per bed per stay - FREE ELECTRIC 140 units (kilowatt) per day which is generally enough, average usage is 80-120 per day. Extra charge is Baht 8 per unit. It’s our policy to ask the guests to be aware of electricity usage, to help saving energy for environmental sustainability. - SECURITY DEPOSIT: Baht 5,000 for short stay less than 7 nights, Baht 10,000 for long stay 7 nights or more - CLEANING DAILY for Short stay and clean 3 times a week for long stay (more than 7 nights).
