Please inform Vila Santa Eulália in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in takes place at Hotel Quinta Pedra dos Bicos, located 150 metres away from the villa. Should guests plan any type of event (party, wedding reception, etc.), an additional and non-refundable fee of EUR 3000 will be charged. This fee does not include any type of services. In case of events, a security deposit of EUR 5000 will be pre-authorised in guests' credit card at check-in. This amount will be refunded up to 7 days if no damages are made to the villa.
