Please note that the elevator in the main building goes up to the 2nd floor. Access to the roof garden, the pool and the traditional towers is limited for guests with mobility difficulties; it is only possible by stairs or through the upper parking lot behind the towers, where accessible ramps are installed.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
