A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of how many guests will be staying in the room by either using the comments box during the booking process or by contacting the hotel by telephone after booking. Please note that extra beds are only possible in the Comfort Room with Balcony. Please note that breakfast is EUR 17,50 when booking in advance and otherwise EUR 19,50. Van der Valk Hotel Leiden has the right to pre-authorise your credit card. Please note that dinner can be booked which consists of a 3-course meal.
