This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. 'For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid. For reservations of 28-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 7 nights between reservations.' The new opening hours of the front desk is 7AM-9PM. Our guests will recieve a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins and as well as digital check-in. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate.
