Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 30123 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the villa rate does not include electricity charges. Guests will be charged THB 12 per electricity unit consumed and payment must be made directly to the property. Guests are required to show physically your passport with photo including your VISA/Immigration stamp and your credit/debit card used for payment. Without the physical presentation and/or for any Over Stay in Thailand, to respect the Thailand Law, we will not be able to accept check-in and there will be no refund.
