When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The reception is open from 7:00–19:00, besides that time the check-in and check-out is possible with our keyboxes. Please note a surcharge of EUR 20 applies for late arrivals. Please note for cases requiring non-urgent assistance after reception opening hours, we may charge a fee of EUR 20 per occasion, if the problem was not caused by the fault of the host. Please note smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole facility, including the balcony and rooftop garden as well. In case of smoking, you will receive a fine, that has to be paid. Please note extreme dirt in the rooms is also considered damage, so if the room requires a deep cleaning after the particular guest, the deposit will not be returned.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
