You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to contact the property at least 1 day before arrival to arrange check-in and key collection. For non-refundable bookings a deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. TopOne Apartments will contact you with instructions after booking.
