An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge. Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge. For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash). For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30.
