Guests are required to present the credit card with which they secured the booking at check-in. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Guests should specify their twin bed preference at the time of booking in the Special Requests box. Please note, bed preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any loss or damage to items listed within the inventory will be charged as required. Timbrell’s Yard reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have broken. Please note, only some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Guests should contact the property for additional details. Group bookings of 3-5 rooms have a cancellation policy of 14 days. This rule is also applied to individual bookings of 5 nights or more. Group bookings of 6+ rooms must be cancelled outside of 28 days to avoid a cancellation charge. Full payment is required 14 days/28 days prior for the above bookings.
