Please note that the breakfast price is only valid if you purchase it when booking. It will cost GBP 14.95 if bought at the hotel. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Free on site parking is subject to availability and is operated on first come first served basis only. Please note that this property can accommodate late check-out for an additional cost of GBP 10 per hour after 11:00, subject to availability. Upon check-in at the Vermont Hotel a pre-authorisation of GBP £50.00 per night will be taken on your credit card to cover any extras or damages incurred during your stay for your room. The release of this authorisation on either credit or debit card may take up to 7-14 working days to appear on your bank transactions no extra charges should apply. Sky Lounge available for private hire only. We do not accept same sex leisure parties of more than 6 people. Hotel does not accept hen or stag groups. Group bookings of 10 or more rooms are not accepted Onsite car parking is limited and operated on a first come-first served basis, parking is charged at £10.00 per card per day. Please contact concierge on arrival to make arrangements. Please note, parking applies only to guests of the Vermont Hotel. The closest car park for guests staying at the Vermont Aparthotel is located on Dean Street, approx. 2 minutes’ walk. Please note on arrival all guests will be asked to present a credit or debit card for payment. Should your room have been prepaid you will still be asked for a chip-pin card preauthorisation of £50 per night contactless, Apple pay or any form of virtual card will not be accepted for this. This is released back onto your pending balance providing none of our other services within the hotel have not been utilised and will appear back in your available balance within 14 days depending on your bank. This will open up a line of credit for bar, restaurant, room service or mini bar facilities. Please note for guests staying at the Vermont Aparthotel, the preauthorisation is £100.00 for a 1 bedroom apartment and £200.00 for a 2 bedroom apartmentIn the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
