Please note: It is not possible to make a reservation for parking facilities. The surcharge for private parking is EUR 3.5 per hour or EUR 25 for 24 hours. The total amount of the reservation may be pre-authorized any time after booking. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment system. For non-refundable bookings, this will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged 24 hours before arrival. Cash payment is not possible at the hotel. The credit card used for the booking should be shown upon check-in. Your room will be cleaned every second day. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed). When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 persons, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
