This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a cleaning service is only provided upon check-out. Cleaning services during guests' stay can be arranged upon request at an extra charge. Please note that room rates do not include fees for electricity and water. Guests will be charged THB 5.5 per unit for electricity and THB 27 per unit for water.
