For bookings of 3 or more rooms, we ask a 50% non refundable deposit. If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival no further charges will be made. For individual bookings of three or more nights a 50% non refundable deposit will be taken on booking. If cancelled 7 or more days before arrival no further charges apply. The guesthouse is closed between 10.30hrs and 16.00hrs when check in opens. Check in is open until 21.00hrs. If you require a later check in please contact us no earlier than 3 days before arrival. All rooms are non smoking. If guests arrive with a higher number of people that the booked facility can accommodate, the Manor reserves the right to refuse to accommodate the extra people or the whole party.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
