This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Visitors are not allowed into the property without prior approval. There will be a GBP 350 charge if found breaking this rule. The maximum occupancy stated cannot be exceeded. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a GBP 350 charge. Guests who are late checking out from 11:00 until 13:00, will be charges a penalty fee of GBP 50. Any guest who is still in the location after 13:00 will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
