Important Information

Please note that there is a smart-casual dress code in the hotel restaurant. When booking 10 rooms or more, or 10 room nights or more, different policies and rules will apply. (Such as prepayment 14 days prior to arrival and rooms becoming non-refundable, please contact hotel direct for more information) The pool is sometimes used for swimming lessons (check for times). Guests can still use the pool at these times. Children are welcome to use the swimming pool until 18:00. Indoor pool and gym slots need to be pre-booked and are time limited. The outdoor pool is heated and accessible at the weekends throughout the summer months and is weather dependent. If guests wish to dine in the restaurant for an evening meal dinner reservations are required. Please note that children aged 5 and over will be charged for breakfast and dinner as taken if they are not on an inclusive package. Guests will be required to present the payment card used to make the reservation upon check in. Failure to present the original card will result in the deposit payment being refunded back to the original card and a new charge being taken from the card presented at the hotel. If guest wishes to pay with cash, photo ID is required, either a passport or drivers licence. This must be presented alongside the payment card used to reserve the room. Dogs are only allowed permitted in certain rooms (sea facing and on the garden level), this is subject to availability and by prior arrangement. You must contact the property if you wish to bring a dog; there is an additional charge if you are bringing a dog. Please note that not all room types can accommodate dogs and that dogs are not permitted in areas where food is served or in any of the leisure/pool areas.
