Non-refundable bookings will be charged at the time of booking. Normal rates are charged one day before arrival using a credit card, a debit card. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Wheelchair accessible, ground floor rooms are available on request. Transfer service is available from 12am to 7pm @£15 per room, per trip - outside these hours we use local taxis.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
