Important Information

The Bernadette suite is wheelchair friendly and on ground level, it is not fully disabled friendly but we are working towards this. Due to the nature of the building, we ask those with limited ability or who struggle to climb stairs to contact us so we can ensure we allocate you to a room that is suited to your needs. As per the property's policy, we will charge all bookings 48 hrs prior to your check in, using the card details we have been provided (unless payment was during the booking process.). We have the right to cancel any booking if we are unable to recover funds for your booking during this 48hr window. Guest check in is between 15:00-22:00, however, reception is only staffed until 18:00. We ask guests to inform us of any check ins after 18:00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
