You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. For weekends or same day arrivals, guests are kindly asked to give their estimated time of arrival by calling the property. Phone details can be found on the booking confirmation. Extra single beds are only available on request for some of the double bedrooms. For extra beds there is an additional GBP 20 charge. Please note, parties are not allowed in the rooms. Visitors are not permitted in the rooms. Please note that all our rooms are at first or second floor and are accessible by stairs only. Unfortunately we do not currently have a breakfast option available, but are happy to recommend our neighbouring businesses that provide excellent breakfast options. Please note that we sometimes have live music on Friday and/or Saturday evenings that can be heard from some of the bedrooms.
