-The card used to make the reservation must be presented on check-in. -Guests that are making a reservation on behalf of another guest, must contact the property. -When booking 4 rooms or more, or 10 nights or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. -Please note that children are welcome to The Garden Spa, but there are some time restrictions. -Please contact the property for swimming times and bookings. -The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is closed from 1 October until 31 March. Please note the property is closed on Monday & Tuesdays. -The hotel closes on Monday mornings after check-out. As such, the restaurant & The Pantry will be closed after breakfast but the spa will still be available for guest use.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
