You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If guests lose the keys a call out fee of GBP 60 will be charged to provide keys. Call outs after 21:00 or out of hours are not possible. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be fined GBP 250 for cleaning costs.
