Please note that air conditioning and heating for apartments and villas comes at an extra charge of EUR 15 per day. When using a GPS navigation system, please enter Strada Provinciale 4 Volterrana 125. Please note that the property is accessed via 1.5 km of unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles. The summer pool is set 200 metres from the rooms and is open from May until October. Please note that the restaurant is open for dinner during week days and also for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Wednesday the restaurant is closed. The half board rate on 31 December include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately. When booking more than 3 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply.When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.
