This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, both the credit/debit card used to make the booking and the card holder must be present at the time of check-in. Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. Kindly note that all 2 bedroom apartments are located at 27 Nevern Place, SW5 9NP - round the corner from Templeton Place. All of the 2 bedroom apartments have portable air conditioning units. Multiple Suites Any reservation of 3 or more suites may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Specific terms and conditions will be sent directly to the booker. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.
