Happy Reception is set in Lisbon, just 500 metres from historic Chiado. It is located in the Misericordia neighborhood in Lisbon, just 200 metres from lively Bairro Alto, with its bars, restaurants and shops.

Please inform Happy Reception in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception is open from 9am to midnight. IMPORTANT: - We are a PARTY HOSTEL & Bar!
