You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 180 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that guests have to clean the property before they leave, if not a EUR 54 extra fee will apply. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 24 per week will be requested to cover gas and electricity.
