Important Information

Please note light cleaning of each suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of the suite will be serviced on the 7th day of the stay. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance. Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites. All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodation and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking. No pets allowed, except for guide dogs.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
