Important Information

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note light cleaning of your suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of your suite will be serviced on the 7th day of your stay. Parking is available at Westfield Shopping Centre. The property advise all guests to park their car in CAR PARK B as this is situated near the hotel when you exit from the car park. Payment is controlled by Westfield and you will be given a token for the length of your stay and pay accordingly. The rate is GBP 15 for 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. Please note all guests who have booked a prepaid reservations must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking. This credit card will be pre-authorized for any extras on time of check-in. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance. Pets are only allowed in certain rooms upon request, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note, the hotel may ask for validating identification.
