Payment is controlled by Westfield and you will be given a token for the length of your stay and pay accordingly. The rate is GBP 15 for 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. Please note all guests who have booked a prepaid reservations must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking. This credit card will be pre-authorized for any extras on time of check-in. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.
