Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that breakfast is free for children up the age of 12 using existing beds. Reception is not manned 24 hours. It is staffed from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
