We do not change towels or sheets during your stay, unless your stay exceeds 5 nights. You can request additional cleaning for an additional fee (18-54€ depending on the type of flat). This is a non-smoking accommodation. Parties/events are not permitted. Guests should avoid making noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Pets are not allowed in the property. There is no lift in this building. Therefore, we will not be able to accept persons with reduced mobility. The residence is located in a central and lively nightlife area.
