Guests need to meet the requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination. Please note that pets are allowed only in the Ocean Front Suite and for a surcharge. They must have up to 18 kg. Please contact property for further details. For Non-Refundable Policy Rates, the hotel requires a guarantee, either in the form of a credit card payment or money transfer. Please note for credit card payments, the hotel requires authorisation in the form of a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. Guests must present the same credit card used at the time of the booking for guarantee or pre-payment reservations. In case a third party is responsible for the payment, they must contact the hotel prior to check-in to provide properly documentation. Bath tubs are provided upon availability. The single beds offered are auxiliary beds. According to Brazilian laws (Article 82 – Statute of Child and Adolescent Law No. 8069/90), for reservations with children between 0 and 18 years of age, parents or guardians must present at check-in, documentation of the child (passport or birth certificate). In case the child is accompanied by a guardian, it is mandatory to possess authorisation term of Juvenile Court for travel with others. This hotel provides free breakfast for children with 5 years and younger. Children 6 years and older (up to 12 years old) get a 50% breakfast discount. Please note that guests can choose between the use of 02 bicycles for one hour simultaneously or use of 01 bicycle for two hours.
