Please ensure you have specifically asked for this room if you have mobility issues, to avoid disappointment. Early check in and out of hours check-in can be arranged with prior arrangement but late room check out is not available during peak season. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this property (there is a designated smoking area outside the building). Guests caught smoking in the property will be charged up to GBP 200 cleaning fee.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
