Please inform Shandon Bells Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note Pre-authorisation is 4 days prior to arrival date, instead of two days. Kindly note that only 2 out of 12 rooms are located on the ground floor. The other 10 rooms are accessible via stairs only. Therefore the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. To request a ground floor room, please contact the property prior to arrival. American Express cards are not accepted. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any violation will result in a 100 EUR fine. A limited number of free parking places are available onsite. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the parking is full upon your arrival, the property will advise you about the nearest alternative parking areas. Street parking is free from 18:30 to 08:30 Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday. Directions: The property is situated on a corner between Donovan Road and Western Road. When leaving from a city centre (coming from a Washington Street) on your left side you will be passing by The River Lee Hotel. Shandon Bells Guest House is situated just a couple of houses after the hotel, on the first set of traffic lights on the left side of the road. Changing the type of room from twin to double or from double to twin upon arrival is subject to availability and not possible if the property is fully booked for the date. Please note that the property requires photo ID: a passport, an ID card or a driving license. Guests who made their reservation later than 15 hours before check-in leave a 200 euro deposit against damage.
